RedTrack vs ClickFlare: pricing, CAPI, and campaign workflow

ClickFlare starts at a lower monthly price. RedTrack includes more events and domains on Solo. Compare seats, provider-specific conversion feedback, and routing before choosing.

ClickFlare has the lower entry price: Starter lists $89 monthly for 1M events. RedTrack Solo lists $169 monthly for 5M events and more tracking domains. Both publish conversion API support. The decision is not simply whether a tracker “has CAPI.” Compare your required provider, event mapping, team access, and tracking method. ClickFlare's direct-tracking documentation explicitly excludes path control; RedTrack's smart-distribution plan entitlement needs confirmation because its pages disagree.

This is a Tracked-authored comparison of two competitors, not an independent tested ranking. We read first-party pricing, product pages, and documentation on October 27, 2026. We did not purchase plans, run campaigns, or measure attribution accuracy, match rates, speed, or uptime. Published vendor terms below are not checked-out purchases or negotiated quotes.

RedTrack vs ClickFlare at a glance

These criteria cover recurring buying decisions: event budget, conversion delivery, routing, people, domains, and page ownership. Sources were checked October 27, 2026. A missing documented workflow means “not established in the sources reviewed,” not “unsupported.”

How do RedTrack and ClickFlare prices compare?

Compare affiliate plans, not RedTrack's ecommerce headline

RedTrack separates affiliates and lead generation from ecommerce and DTC. The affiliate plans above are event-metered. Ecommerce plans use tracked-revenue tiers, with Relay, Brand, and Agency packaging. At the displayed annual tracked-revenue tier of up to $250K, Brand lists $99 monthly and Agency $599 monthly. Relay is a separate free, one-store product with UTM-based attribution and no ad-level spend sync.

Those ecommerce prices are not lower-priced equivalents of affiliate Solo. A store buyer should compare order sync, refunds, attribution, stores, and tracked-revenue tiers. An affiliate should compare event volume, network callbacks, and campaign routing.

ClickFlare's pricing separates Individual and Organisation plans. Its Individual monthly prices are Starter $89, Pro $219, and Master $429. Organisation plans serve higher-volume teams; do not assume Master is its largest available plan.

Keep monthly, annual, and promotional terms separate

RedTrack's page labels the annual offer “Black Friday: 30% off the 12-month price” and says the price is retained on renewal. Solo shows $118 per month alongside $1,420 billed yearly. The displayed monthly equivalent is rounded; use the annual invoice when budgeting. Team shows $279 per month with $3,352 yearly, and Enterprise $699 with $8,392 yearly.

ClickFlare's yearly cards show monthly equivalents of $69, $169, and $329. Its monthly cards separately show $89, $219, and $429. The same page has a Black Friday early-access banner saying “until Nov 8.” That banner links to a separate deal page. We have not substituted a promotional deal for the standard monthly cards or assumed the two offers stack.

Both vendors advertise a 14-day trial. Before paying, confirm billing cadence, renewal, overages, taxes, add-ons, and account-specific terms. A public pricing page is a snapshot, not proof of what a new checkout will charge.

Match the workload before calling either cheaper

At 5M published events, RedTrack Solo lists $169 monthly and ClickFlare Pro $219. But Solo includes one user; Pro lists two additional users. At 20M events, RedTrack Team lists $399 and five users; ClickFlare Master lists $429 and five additional users. “Users” and “additional users” are not the same label.

Events are not identical units either. RedTrack describes clicks, conversions, and processed postbacks. ClickFlare explicitly includes visits as well. Its redirect guide describes an initial visit and a separate lander-to-offer click. Its pricing FAQ says tracking continues above the allowance and overages are billed at cycle end.

Ask each vendor to map your funnel to billable events, including repeat callbacks and custom events. A visitor count alone does not establish the required subscription.

Do both trackers send conversions through CAPI?

Yes, both publish outbound conversion API capabilities. Recording a conversion in a tracker and delivering it to an ad platform are separate steps. An inbound affiliate-network postback is not itself Meta CAPI or a Google Ads upload.

RedTrack's pricing page names native CAPI for Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Microsoft/Bing, X, Pinterest, and OpenAI Ads. It separately describes S2S postbacks or JSON forwarding for networks without native CAPI, including Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, and NewsBreak. Those are the vendor's published categories, not evidence of identical event handling across providers.

ClickFlare's CAPI page describes selecting events, assigning campaigns, enriching signals, filtering conversions, and monitoring per-event delivery status. It names Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. Its provider descriptions distinguish Google matching by gclid, TikTok by ttclid, and LinkedIn by hashed email. The pricing plan's “10 CAPI integrations” is an allowance, not a statement that exactly ten ad-platform types exist.

For affiliate conversion capture, ClickFlare's S2S guide requires passing its click ID to the network, then receiving that ID in the callback. CAPI still needs the destination integration configured separately.

Before choosing either tracker, get answers for your actual provider:

  • Which event names, identifiers, revenue, and currency fields are accepted?
  • Who collects permitted customer data, and how is consent handled?
  • How are browser and server events deduplicated?
  • Where do rejected events, retries, expired credentials, and late conversions appear?
  • Does the documented route apply to your plan and affiliate network?

Neither a logo nor a successful delivery response proves attribution, improved match quality, or cheaper ads. Our integration and postback guide explains these boundaries.

How do routing and daily campaign work differ?

RedTrack: funnels, spend sync, and rule entitlements

RedTrack's affiliate pricing explicitly lists ad-level spend sync every 60 minutes on Solo and 30 minutes on Team. It lists Stop Rules on every affiliate plan, with Scale Rules and Ads Manager in Enterprise. Cost collection, pausing ads, and redistributing funnel traffic are distinct jobs; do not treat them as one automation feature.

RedTrack's smart traffic distribution documentation describes adjusting funnel-path weights using conversion history. It includes a minimum historical conversion count, recalculation intervals, goals, thresholds, and a share reserved for learning traffic.

There is a source conflict: that documentation says the feature starts at Team, while current pricing-page comparison copy says Solo includes Smart Distribution. Confirm Solo entitlement before buying it for automatic distribution. The mechanism is documented; its entry-plan availability is not consistent across the pages we read.

ClickFlare: decide between redirect paths and direct tracking

ClickFlare's redirect documentation lists A/B tests, rule-based paths, AI optimization, and traffic weights. Those controls act while traffic passes through the tracker.

Its direct-tracking documentation instead sends visit data from your page through browser scripts. It explicitly says direct tracking cannot use path rotation, rule-based routing, A/B tests, or AI optimization. It also describes choosing transition modes separately for the ad-to-page and page-to-offer steps.

That distinction matters more than a generic “routing included” checkbox. Confirm which transition needs routing and whether your traffic source permits the intended setup. A tracker configuration is not an ad-approval guarantee.

What do domains and team limits change?

RedTrack Solo lists ten custom tracking domains but one user, with extra seats unavailable on Solo. Team lists fifty domains and five users, with additional seats at $29 monthly. That can suit a domain-heavy solo operation, but a second colleague changes the plan decision.

ClickFlare Starter lists three domains, five workspaces, and zero additional users. Pro lists six domains, ten workspaces, and two additional users. Master lists ten domains, twenty workspaces, and five additional users. A workspace is an organizational boundary, not another human login or a hosted website.

List your people, clients, domains, and connected ad accounts before comparing prices. Confirm permissions and reporting access separately; the existence of multiple workspaces does not establish every role's access rights.

Does either tracker replace landing-page hosting?

The setup guides reviewed describe tracking pages you operate, not uploading and hosting page files inside the tracker.

RedTrack asks you to register a landing-page URL, add the appropriate tracking script, and replace CTA links with its click URL. ClickFlare's direct setup asks you to install scripts in your page HTML. These workflows require page-code access where specified.

A lander record, tracking domain, or Tag Manager is not proof of HTML/ZIP hosting or visual page editing. We did not establish a built-in page-hosting workflow for either vendor from these sources. Keep your page host, editor, publishing process, and their costs in the budget unless the vendor confirms a suitable alternative.

For the distinction between page hosting and tracking destinations, read hosted vs. proxy vs. redirect landing pages.

Which tracker fits your campaign requirements?

Shortlist ClickFlare Starter when entry subscription cost matters and your workload fits 1M events, three domains, and no additional users. Confirm the CAPI destination and tracking mode first. Direct tracking is not a substitute for its redirect routing controls.

Shortlist RedTrack Solo when one operator needs the published 5M-event allowance and ten domains. Its stated spend sync and Stop Rules are relevant if those are daily tasks. Resolve the Smart Distribution entitlement conflict rather than assuming it is included.

Compare RedTrack Team with ClickFlare Master for a 20M-event operation. The decision may turn on domain counts, total versus additional seats, workspaces, account limits, and the exact automation workflow—not the $30 monthly list-price difference.

For ecommerce, restart the comparison around store requirements. RedTrack's ecommerce plans are a different pricing model. Do not import affiliate-plan assumptions into order attribution, refunds, or store integrations.

Where Tracked is today

Tracked publishes this article, so its commercial interest belongs beside the comparison. This is not evidence that Tracked replaces either vendor's provider coverage or automation.

Universal CAPI, automatic winner selection, and governed cross-device attribution remain in development in Tracked. Meta handling accepts supplied event data; it is not automatic postback-to-Meta feedback. Do not choose Tracked expecting those complete workflows today.

If page ownership is your main buying criterion, use the software buying guide to compare the available core workflow and its limits separately. This article's main decision remains RedTrack versus ClickFlare.

Frequently asked questions

Is ClickFlare cheaper than RedTrack?

Its published entry monthly price is lower: $89 for Starter versus RedTrack Solo at $169. Starter includes 1M events; Solo includes 5M. At 5M published events, ClickFlare Pro lists $219 monthly. Event definitions, seats, and domains differ, so those prices do not establish equivalent total cost.

Are the $69 ClickFlare and $118 RedTrack prices monthly-billed plans?

No. ClickFlare's $69 Starter price is a yearly-plan monthly equivalent. RedTrack's $118 Solo price accompanies a $1,420 yearly invoice under its published Black Friday offer. Confirm the current checkout and renewal terms rather than treating either as a monthly commitment.

Do both RedTrack and ClickFlare support Meta CAPI?

Both vendors explicitly publish Meta CAPI support. That does not remove event mapping, identifier, consent, credentials, or deduplication requirements. Ask for the exact workflow that connects your conversion source to Meta, rather than relying on the provider name alone.

Can ClickFlare rotate pages with direct tracking?

Its direct-tracking documentation says path rotation, rule-based routing, A/B tests, and AI optimization are unavailable in that mode. The redirect documentation lists those controls. Confirm the relevant transition and traffic-source requirements before designing the funnel.

Does RedTrack Solo include Smart Distribution?

The current pricing-page copy says it does, but the smart-distribution help article says the feature starts at Team. We could not resolve that contradiction from the reviewed pages. Get plan-specific confirmation from RedTrack before purchasing for that feature.
